Abja-Paluoja health trail

Winter sports enthusiasts have the use of well-tended 2.5 km, 3.5 km and 5 km skiing trails here, which are fully lit in the evenings along 2 km of their length. Ski hire is available from Abja Gymnasium.

In summer you can enjoy the use of the full-sized athletics stadium here and play football. The running trail in the stadium is rubberised along 100 m of its length; the rest of the trail is cinder.

You can also swim in Abja-Paluoja in its newly renovated reservoir, which is around 1 km from the student hostel. The gym and sports hall (with its own sauna) can be used year-round.
